TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Client Responsibilities – The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their medical history, dietary preferences, allergies, and health conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the effectiveness of the services provided.
  2. Payment Terms – Full payment must be made prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable once the program begins, except in cases of documented emergency as determined by the nutritionist. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling – Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded. The nutritionist reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.
  4. Confidentiality – All client information provided to the nutritionist will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing nutritional guidance, except as required by law.
  5. Results Disclaimer – The nutritionist does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, adherence to the plan, and other external factors.
  6. Intellectual Property – All materials, meal plans, and resources provided by the nutritionist are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent.
  7. Health Disclaimer – The nutritionist is not a licensed medical professional. Services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients should consult a physician for any health concerns.
  8. Program Termination – The nutritionist reserves the right to terminate the program if the client violates these terms or is uncooperative, with no obligation to refund fees.
  9. Liability Waiver – The client acknowledges and releases the nutritionist from any liability, holding them harmless for any injury, illness, or adverse outcomes that may arise in the duration of the service.
  10. Communication – Email and phone support will be available during business hours (state specific timings). Response times may vary but will typically occur within 24-48 hours.
  11. Amendments to Terms – These terms and conditions may be updated or amended as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
